Lookup Customers Quickly

Start typing in the name of your customer, and this lookup screen will self position to the closest match. While you can also look up by phone, address, license, or number; many find it just as easy to use the name. In fact, it is "friendlier" to use the customer name, isn't it? If you use a name to lookup a customer, you and your clerks will often remember the names of your more frequent customers. This can improve customer service while not diminishing the accuracy of your lookup at all. Once a customer is found, pressing [Enter] will take you to the Customer Information page where the Photo ID will positivly identify them. Because the customer ID is all in UltraVideo, You wont even need customer account cards; a savings of about $.25 per customer.
